Your core clock should be atleast 350 to 400 mhz and shader clock 1000mhz and memory clock 200 to run it no low.buy nVIDIA dude

@Zapperlord5583 I have new PCIe platform and Radeon HD3650 OC to 850MHz GPU/1242MHz DDR2 128bit 512MB on card, This game in HD3650 better performance in Medium/High - 1280x1024 setting.
