Living in Sheffield you could certainly see that conspiracism was much more prevalent than it was in London, ideas like UFO cover ups Soviet nuclear plots and scientists withholding perpetual energy devices were certainly more talked about in school up there than in London.

They say disenfranchisement breads conspiracism, I expect you might find conspiracism rises with distance from the administrative capital in most countries. (?)
