EASTER EGGS:
1- Find the bright and shiny cross
2- Find the instance where there is a conflict of theme interest (either a sentinel hero is attacking another sentinel hero or a scourge hero is attacking another scourge hero - only one of these occurs, not both.)
3- A hero makes a hand-body gesture that seems like it's directed to the viewer.

ANSWERS:
1- The "shiny cross" is Invoker. At 1:47 when the meteor makes contact with the ground infront of him, Invoker immitates a shiny cross engulfed in a yellow outer fire. Credit to Naz and Ultimator92 for being the first to find it.

2- Magnataur uses his ultimate and catches Leshrac inside. -Infinite- and KnightENight were the first to find it.

3- Nevermore, during his ultimate, makes it look like he is waving to the viewer. -Infinite- and cookies0wn2 were the first to find this.

The first and second are practically impossible to see on youtube.
