There wasn't a description on the video; I thought it was a college prank. If it had said "Air horn prank on cat", damn-straight I wouldn't have clicked!

Two- you blew that horn indoors, which only magnifies the sound.

Three- An air horn that close anyone would make them jump if they didn't know it was there.
