Great adventure yar. initially i thought you are driving a prado but i woz shocked to see you driving mehran inside tunnel it was really dangerous. I hope that this tunnel will be build soon which link central asian republics with Pakistan

Now there is a GOOD NEWS about the ROAD CONSTRUCTIONS in and outside of LAWAR TUNNEL. Govt. of Pakistan has allocated the budget for building the roads. Now look ahead that when 'ACTUAL' construction resumes. We excpect it in near future.

Lowari Pass was part of my thesis area in 1975. I was mapping the area from Dir town to Ziarat . At that time FWO was drilling a few test holes but was facing in cutting the hard rocks and hidden water aquifers inside the mountains. The water in the tunnel shown in the video is coming from these aquifers and they need to be sealed. I am surperized to see the road condition before entering the tunnel and after leaving the tunnel. It is as bad as it used to be in 1975.
