Because it was a leaked version how do think it could be in any other format than a file which is transferred to a memory card? And it isn't/wasn't homebrew, it's how it really looks like. Although, there's naturally English language added and German is secondary language.

How do I know its not a homebrew? I've seen some pretty convincing ones, like the Golden Sun DS game that looked super real, but was fake. Where did you get the leak from?
