I'm going to get my battery! Vegas here I come!

WOOHOO! I got a call from Sherry Burgess the owner (her and her brother started this store) and she was very concerned about my customer experience. She wanted to send me, overnight, no charge, a battery they use in their rentals. Then Cina in the Shipping Dept. caught wind of it, and she did her magic and finagled a new battery so I'm getting a brand new battery shipped overnight and I'll have it tomorrow. I'm so psyched!
