I find it hard to believe that he is not a nice person.. well ... yes he does come across a little fake.. maybe he is just uncomfortable with interviews and stangers who wants a piece of him.... i fell the same with strange men lol... go away please ... go away.... ouf ouf ... please go!!!!!!! a w a y
We clearly define "huge" differently! (Michael Jackson, and Luther Vandross, as compared to Johnny Gil, and Jeffery Osborne) Anyway everyone knows that it is the power of the people that makes and keeps a 'music personality' huge. The people that help you on the way up are the same people that you see in the quick slide back to the bottom!
People take the time to buy and listen to Brian's CD's and it would just be a show of politeness and common courtesy to say hello when addressed appropriately in public. I did not say anything else to remind him of how we have met, but rather walked away. I was very embarrassed and later told some of our common friends who said to me "he is always trippin." Claude still is and always has been very nice in person.
The last time I saw him by chance in San Diego I was with a couple of friends and he was with a group of his buddies. I walked up to him and politely said "Hello Brian." He looked at his buddies, then looked back at me and made it obvious that he was bothered. My friends said "wow, he isn't very friendly." All it took was a friendly hello on his part. How hard would that have been.
I have met Brian in person on many different occasions. I know his family (who are Wonderful people, by the way) Mom, and brothers and he is the only one who is arrogant thinks he is bigger than himself. (All of his family is gifted musically) I wish he would realize that the "people" are the ones that make him "famous." He would see the value of kindness and humbleness and see longevity in his profession if he has a change of heart.
Brian is extremely fake. His music is great I believe but that's where it ends! You would be disappointed if you met him in person watching him in videos and on TV is fake enough for me to tolerate him.
