  • Bynum needs to start doing what Kareem and Parish did their entire basketball careers: TAKE UP MARTIAL ARTS!!! That should keep him relatively free of any major injuries at least. Plus, would it not hurt him to set at least a half-hour aside for warmups/stretches prior to shootaround on gameday? I heard Parish used to to devote a FULL HOUR just for that very purpose. Taking up yoga and/or pilates on a regular basis certainly could help Bynum's case. Can never be too careful...
