In the USA many don't have health insurance, and many of those who do, struggle to actually get those self-enriching insurance companies to pay out, prove it wasn't pre-existing condition, or the MUCH MUCH higher premiums with even higher deductibles, plus be limited to health care providers that accept your insurance. Lose job, get sick, lose everything!!! Here none of that crap!

We have a $14,000,000,000,000 dollar debt. Our government is incapable of handling money or responsibility. This health care reform is a great distraction from the real issues affecting America TODAY. We're spending $30,000,000 an hour on 2 pointless wars while losing all of our rights. Let's reform healthcare though. That makes sense. LOL

@AustralianLeprechaun I would like you to know that America has been the ONLY modern western industrialized nation without a decent health care system.
So on behalf of all those other civilized countries in the world, I would like you to know that we think those who have managed to keep such basic human right away from people who need it the most, are the biggest assholes ever.
