Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
P1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup mandarin oranges
1/2 cup sliced bananas
About 1 1/2 cups white grape juice or any clear juice, plus more for serving
Strawberries for garnish

You'll also need:2 ice cube trays
Step 1:
Arrange the cut fruit in two ice cube trays to make a total of 24 cubes. It is okay if the fruit is popping out of the top of the cups. Place the ice cube trays on a cookie sheet or tray that will fit in the freezer.
Step 2:
Pour the clear juice into the ice cube trays to just fill. Transfer the trays to the freezer. Freeze until set, at least 3 hours or overnight.
Step 3:
Unmold the frozen fruit cubes and place in glasses or a serving pitcher. Pour desired clear fruit juice or seltzer to cover. Make a small slit in a strawberry and arrange on the side of each glass.
