this is a glitch that i found in FALLOUT 3. get Power Armor Training in the Beginning of the Game. *spoiler warning* only talk to the people in the video. because there are people in the city that will give way the story. everything in the city is free game to pick up.
works on all fallout 3 games (x360 ps3 pc)
P.S you can do the glitch ANYTIME in the game

I figured out if you talk to many people you will be able to skip MANY missions but i dont recomend it :)

@gmoddud123 later on in the game following the main quest when ya reach the radio station in search of your dad you can scavange one off of one of the dead brotherhood of steel. thats what i did :D
