  • God Bless Actor Bob Keeshan AKA Captain Kangaroo- May he always rest in peace in heaven. He was such a nice man/children's entertainer!

  • I was thrilled when I saw him walk out carrying my book, and I got tears in my eyes when he read the title and said my name. Yes, he was an amazing man. I wonder if he haleped select the books that they adapted?

  • To the author, Clare, keep on writing! I dont know of anyone who hasnt been totally captivated by your stories. You have inspired and entertained many, and have many passionate readers of the books of the Named.

I hope the reprinting draws new readers and rekindles the red-tongue in the hearts and minds of your audience. Ive waited a long time to hear that books would be available again. Also, the new artwork is fantastic, i hope we can see them all in hardback soon!

  • Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for all the enthusiasm and support. Hearing from you folks makes it all worth while. I had great fun writing the series, and I'm glad you love it. (It was work, too, but work of the best kind).

  • I can't help but notice the intro has a robot.. riding a mechanical fire breathing dragon... through space!

Must have been so cool to have your book turned into a cartoon! And It's so 80's! Today the cats would have to be all moody and possibly a vampire.

  • R.I.P Bob Keeshan.

  • I've gotta say, it made my day, if not my month to find this. I saw a fragment of this show seventeen years ago, and despite extensive searching, could not find so much as the title anywhere until today. I almost cannot believe I actually found what I had been looking for all those years ago.

  • Hello every body mr keasan was one of a kind.Like the old saying goes. They don't make them like they used to.I used to watch captain kanagroo.I am sorry i never meet him in person.R.I.P.mr keasan you've earned it.You maked a dark world a little bit lighter.Oh before i forget i like to say to clair.Good book i like scifiction books.

  • I'm Still Inqurining On A CBS Storybreak Clips That Have Malcom Jamal Warner Hosting It, So If Anyone Has Any Clips That Have Him Hosting It, Would You Please Upload Them, I Would Like To See It Again.

  • R.I.P Bob Keeshan.

  • Hey guys...does anyone know of a free dvd-to-avi program? Rathacat has this episode on a dvd, and if someone could let her know where to dl a freeware program, maybe she can upload the whole episode in avi format to sendspace or megaupload.

  • @Rhiorrha it is indeed, because the clan is made up of heina/leapord based creatures it is not earth...but acres does make more since...

  • @arcticshade1 Just acres. I don't think this was actually another world and another time as the announcer claims.
