This is a digital story I made as part of a course I did. We had to make one about something important to us so I made mine about being vegan. The sound is a bit dodgy but I think it came out ok.

I'm genuinely curious about this, having been vegan for over a decade, and having never gone hungry - and having become a far better cook. Do you have serious food allergies or intolerances that resulted in not being able to eat a varied diet? I understand that there are some (extremely rare) cases where people have genetic or autoimmune disorders that prevent them from being able to eat whole classes of foods. That must be very tough.

Hey Marie, nice video. I'm truly impressed that you've stayed vegan for quite some time. I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't eat red meats or drink cow's milk, so I can relate a little. I actually tried going vegan a few times, but found myself not getting enough to eat, so here I am, an omnivore.
