@Greatherlorre it's so easy to use, you only have to download the NAM esentials and NAM Mod; you can download it from sc4devotion, first register you and you'll have unlimited acces to mods for sim city 4 or also in simtropolis; when you get it you'll love it

Make sure you have level ground on each side and they should drag without a problem. Its really useful to have both the NAM and hole digging lots.

Actually that's a large bullet train junction. If it were elevated rail then the line in the highway's median would connect to it.
