Here Linda and I stopped jogging to stretch against the 6-mile sign going up the Mt. Evans road. My guess is we were just over 12,000 feet (3,600 metres) on a very clear and relatively warm day in May on Mt. Evans. Even though the Memorial Day weekend was still a week away the road was already clear and dry all the way to the top (thanks to snow plows and global warming...). So, cyclists took full advantage of the situation as you can see here in this video.
