the ones that got picked up finally, were put in (toxic) fema trailers, still waiting for an okay to go back.
what the gov actually tried to do is to clean this area, in order to get the land for new buildings...
so they wait until nobody is interested to go back, have found something else in another city, or is just dead... that's much cheaper than paying them off
