TWC Error (WeatherStar XL) - Jan 2, 2010

TWC was having some issues with their audio nationwide, and locally here the WeatherSTAR XL was also having some issues. The video flashes a lot in portions of the video. There were video and audio issues through the evening. A few times the video resumes with static audio and finally (this part wasn't included in the video) the TWC audio stopped and the XL went on a continous loop for about an hour I believe.
