Jesus did not only exist, but he still exists to this day and it's proven by miracles all the time if one is willing to look and listen. I have seen not only miracles but humans that have never believed in Jesus be in a very difficult position in their lives (such as a child that could die or a loved one) and the person is on bended knees in the Chapel of that hospital for the first time. Basically they are so distraught they are covering all bases.
