This may probably be another Ajaokuta rolling mills scenario, Nigerians should embrace Science &Technology first, all Nigerians today want to sing, dance, play football and make films etc... building a mega city with a bought techno, na wao. Lagos Mega city starts from adequate and constant electricity suply to every home in lagos, solve the drinkable water problem first.

This is a good idea but no country can develop using foreign technology. Look at China how they are developing, that should be the nigerian model which will be far more cost effective rather importing every from tooth pick to mega construction.
