Danny and Mary were PERFECT together, Josh Duhamel and Nikki Cox had this amazing natural chemistry. Danny NEVER looked at Delinda the way he looked at Mary. Plus Delinda was such a ditz the first couple of seasons, Mary was a sweetheart. The writers didn't even give Danny and Mary a chance to say goodbye, no scene, it was just rushed and she drives away into the night. She sends him a picture of her new house with the white picket fence but that's it. Danny and Delinda just did not fit.
