did you use a fog volume?
anyhow good work

Yeah, I know what volumetric light is. I've studied it myself and I see it all the time in real life.
Maybe you don't get what I'm trying to say....
Up near the fan, the edges of the light shaft coming out is really diffused/blurred...real light does not behave like that. When light goes through a slit/shaft, it tends to all go through at mostly the same angle until it spreads out the further away it gets from it. That's why near the vent, it would have a harder edge.

yay

wip - work in progress, yes, all effects will be enabled. I post here adress for download. It will be on Crymod - the name of the mod is Hory.
-
what does wip stand for? and when will this be able for download and will this be enabled in the whole game
Why is the edge of the light cone so diffused, but on the ground there's a hard edge from light to shadow?
Especially near the fan it should be sharp while gradually increasing in diffusion...but not to that extent. The diffusion is too strong. I don't know if it's from what you did or a product of the game engine, but it looks really unrealistic.

This is volumetric light, this light is absolutelly OK, i am thinking. Normal light looks, how you wrote, but i used volumetric light.
Yes, you can set it, that it looks more realistic, but for me this was the light, which i wanted.
