Hello Caitlin! I am a huge fan of your recipes (esp baking ones) and I live in Dubai..it is hard here to find good pure vanilla extract. due to the alcohol content, I think it is not allowed in united arab emirates. help! how can I still make for good quality baking?
Hi Caitlin! I'm 18 and have been interested in cooking for several years, helping out my parents with little things and constantly watching the Food Network. However, I've never made a dish by myself, always being too afraid and intimidated by, say, beef bourguignon or the likes. Do you have any tips or advice for those who want to further expand their cooking skills/abilities? Thank you :)
