  • Probably the one he broke back in the 80s. Actually because of this song, he was frustrated that he couldn't get it how he wanted, so he slammed his hand against a brick wall.

  • HEY HEY HEY EXCELLENT SONG

  • not to many years ago i heard his house in california burned the firemen saved his prize black gibson guitar after braking open a sealed vacum glass containner it was stored in in his basemnent, tom said the guitar was the only thing that ment anything to him he thanked them for saveing the guitar, ok thats all the information im giveing out, i just thought some of you might enjoy hearing his story, much love AKA David Coffin*

  • Tom ias not the rebbel most think he is we use to hang out together back in 1975 and 76 in muncie, once we went to the muncie music center to get a bridge and set of diamand strings for his black gibson guitar and man did it cause a sture 5 minutes after he strung his guitar up he was singing and every body in the shop even the ones there for music lessions came out to hear him sing it was amazing to say the least i dident think he could play the guitar so i bought every thing to make it work,

  • Even before my father's fathers they called us all rebels. As they burned our corn fields and left our cities in ruble. I can still feel the eyes of those blue belled devils through the concrete and metal.

  • fuckin brilliant

  • a little rough around the edges, inside a litte hollow. great lyrics

  • on a documentary I saw he said it was during the recording of reffugee

  • kinda late i know but i thought id comment haha. The doctors said hed probably never play a chord again but 8 months later, Tom showed them whos boss and finished the song playing hard.

  • hes 58,not in his 60s.

  • Yeah, I noticed that. I hope nothing's wrong with his hand. But like ComplexKid441 said, it could be from his little incident in 1984 after he literally turned his hand into powder from bashing it into the wall during the recording of this song.
