Her name is Colette, but she changed it to Katilette for youtube because she thought it was more exciting and fun. She explained it in one of her videos, I forgot which one though! Hope I helped!

first - you dont get wrinkles from pulling on your eye for one second while you put eyeliner on...(im a professional make up artist so, I know)

second - waterline, not watermark.

So she didn't really do anything special, nothing anyone with basic make up knowledge can't do. This just goes to show that she is so beautiful that the simplest make up look, looked so professional and amazing because of her.
