There are 50 states in USA but DC is not part of any them. Therefore, (1) DC is not represented in the senate (2) DC is represented by one non-voting member in US congress. Hence, taxation (federal) without representation for the citizens of the capital city of the "champions of democracy!"
I gave you THE website for DC voting rights so that you can LEARN something on you own without being spoonfed. You should actually know this already since it's only been this way for um... 200 years? Duh!
Like I said, what does that realistically mean? Is he saying two senators and representatives by population or what we have now only giving the representative from DC voting rights. I want a real answer not some vague comment as was written above.
The residents of the District of Columbia, as full and equal American citizens, have an inalienable right to be represented by fully empowered representatives in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
Like all Americans, residents of the District of Columbia pay federal income taxes and serve their country in times of war.

Can you read though? Because if you can, you will realize that your question was answered in the very 1st sentence. Let me dumb it down for you:
The residents of the District of Columbia,
as full and equal American citizens,
have an inalienable right
to be represented by
fully empowered representatives in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
Clear now?

I want to know what Obama means by "full DC voting rights". If you don't know then just don't respond with vague commentaries.
