A great trip while in Australia -- one of my favorite films 'The Man From Snowy River. I spent time riding in the high country with Bruce Mc Cormack who was one of the crack riders in both films. Rode to the top of Mount Sterling (1450 Meters) and covered a total of 40km through the Snowy River Country, whilst sleeping under the stars in a swag and cooking on open camp fires. Will put the full story on www.voicesforhorses.co.uk which is a great site for everything equestrian if you have not already visited. I am soon off on my next adventure which is a little larger this time - Riding across the largest mountain range in the world for 10 days for charity! Check out www.theandeanchallenge.co.uk
