@izzahgul hey!! eat all natural... no packaged foods, crackers, cookies or pre made meals. Eat 5 fruits, 5 vegetables a day, 12 almonds, 3 servings of lean fat free protein and fill up your plate!! drink plenty water too... divide your body weight in half and that's how many ounces you should be drinking throughout the day. Not all at once ;) oh and cardio girl!! 40 minutes every day. xoo

im so excited for ur july calendar, love doing ur workout vids, they have helped me save loads of money on workout vids ON TOP of helping me stay fit, and thanks for the cocktails ideas, bc im such a cocktail chick and i dont want 2 overdo it with the sugar lol

I'm interested in getting the diet plan, but I am lactose intolerant. I was just wondering if the majority of your recipes incorporate milk/dairy? Usually when I buy diet books they include a lot of cheese or milk in the recipes. Thanks!

@purplegal05 not at all! we only use dairy in a select few of our recipes, we encourage almond milk, & very little cheese.. we do love Greek yogurt, but it isn't in everything! you will love it :)
