Over rated and still getting ridiculous good copy from the 'Friends of Ray Davies'. Merry Christmas to all Beatles, Stones and Beach Boy fans whose 60's music will be remembered along with Elvis, The Big 'O', Johnny Cash and even Cliff Richard whose music will be remembered in 100 years. I saw Ray last night at the Warfield in San Francisco and he was in fine form. He brought a chorus for the second set and it was very moving.

I love this guy Ray and Dave too and the Kinks. Wonderful wonderful group. My happy teenage memories come flooding back. They were playing - Ray and Dave in Ireland a few years back and I was out of the Country - a sad miss for me. Maybe Ray will come back - I hope so..  Bring Dave and the band though!
