This would have to draw equal with Stoneloops as this has lots of patients who you have to cure and perform surgery on. This game makes an excellent use of the iPod Touchs' touch screen and keeps you pizza cutting, chainsawing, and stapling your way to success. With 3 files to pick from and 20 patients to help (and a secret file of 3), this game will keep you grasping it in your hand with every heartbeat failure you cause. Try Online before you buy:

U get stuporman by maxing the bling meter in the pimp guy surgery and u get the delirium by beating all surgeries.
