Traffic BEWARE! From East Branham Lane off Snell Avenue going West-bound. Although the straight-away has posted speed limit of 40mph, approximately 1000 feet before the Vista Park light is a 25mph speed limit sign due to a Senior Center. Posted sign's visibility is almost blocked by 2 trees. Once you pass the sign, very difficult to slow from 40 to 25 in avoiding a speeding ticket especially if Vista Park light is green and if other vehicles in front of you are maintaining the 40mph speed limit. Cops' choice.....good luck!
