Hello !

I am happy to be the spiritual editor for the channel cdmagz
I am involved in spiritual matters and want to share some of my experiences.
This video is about the healing abilities of sound and it shows a little of the soundsession
that I have developed.

This single exercise (for lack of a better word) has relaxed my tensions more than anything else I could have done inside of 10 minutes time. If nothing else it stilled me for 10 minutes, leaving me to push back stressors and other upleasant sensory pick-ups.

I see with happiness many good things that happen in Youtube. Whole Dentre, this very peculiar meditation that can help the people mainly stimulated by sounds. Color and specific of each sound of center of energy (Chakra) of our body they are taken to the air allowing our relaxamento and the balance of the seven main centers of circulation of the vital energy.
