Is that the sound set that it came with? I thought that MTH's S2 Turbine had a higher pitched whistle than that...

Yes, it is the sound it came with. It was part of a set so I think they put traditional sounds in it because that's the sound people expected. Now, I did change the sound because I got tired of the regular one. It now sounds like a Western Maryland Challenger.

@NorfolkAndWestern578 - Apparently, MTH is coming out with a new S2 Turbine that will have the PS2 sounds of a real Turbine. Before now, they never had a specific PS2 sound set for a Turbine.

@trainman551 - The Premier engines come with the accurate sound set. The RailKing don't.
