@tren979797 That is what you CLEARLY, missed. You think I hate on him for no reason. WRONG. I have provided reasons WHY I don't like him. You just can't accept it. Again, I acknowledge his fighting ability and success. I'm repeating it because you can't seem to grasp or acknowledge it. But him as a person? Pure SCUM. Ken Shamrock has commented on it and gave his proof, Dana White has mentioned his "2-face" personality, and his interviews PROVE it. No more needs to be said. Have fun with yourself

@tren979797 Again, I have acknowledged Frank Shamrock's fighting ability. But we're not talking about that, are we? No. We are talking about Frank Shamrock the person. I have respect for fighters that get in the cage. The problem with Frank Shamrock? He's a douche bag. He said he would beat Tito Ortiz AGAIN, beat Anderson Silva, and Rich Franklin back in 2006. Did he even fight them? HELL NO! He ducked a whole bunch of fighters! Look at his fights since Tito! All hand picked and "win-able".

@tren979797 I only ragged (past tense, since it was NINE, yes 9, months ago) on Frank Shamrock because he is a scumbag. He doesn't respect the sport of MMA and bashes it. He is a class one douche. I would tell that shit to his face if I see him. What is he gonna do? He probably gets that all the time. I have provided the names of the videos for why I think he is a douche.
