@skaseisback That is true. The locals sometimes call it the "howmygawd". or the "HowmyGawwwwwwd" depending on how good they are at imitating the sub-culture. I shouldn't laugh, but sometimes I do.

@skaseisback Her accent is regional: found in the west and south west of Sydney's suburbs. As interesting as it is, this accent is one that is found across a diverse group of young people not necessarily linked in any real way. It is one that is often 'put on' and not widely seen in children or adults in the region. It is a peculiarity more than anything. I am aware of cases where teens, with parents that have typical accents, adopt this accent when they socialize with others that also do.
