At the recent CanFitPro conference in Toronto Canada, Sherri McMillan talks about the importance of spending at least 5-10 minutes at the end of every training session stretching out a client and/or utilizing tools such as stretching sticks or balls to provide a muscle rub-down. There is a reason why Northwest Personal Training makes this a mandatory component of all training sessions - clients love it and that is good for business!
