Hey Euchante. I have this problem that I don't know how to overcome. No matter what I try, anyway, the problem is that whenever I have to do public speaking I get really really nervous. Like not natural. My pulse goes crazy and I start swallowing uncontrollably so that I can't even speak. And I know its common to be afraid of public speaking but this happens even when a teacher asks me a question in class. So if you helped me you would be my bestest friend! Thanks!!
