Goose hunt 23 dec 2009

Sweden in a plowed field with some friends. The bag was 53 geese. Mostly Canadian and some greylag. A day to remember!

When lying on your back the gun shoulders differently each shot. With the Docter sight I know that the red dot is where the shot will hit. And yes I have a cellfoam build-up on the stock to compensate for the height of the sight. The cell foam is held in place with a neoprene sock with camo pattern.

Jag har satt på en Docter 7 MOA (dubbelt så stor prick som på studsare) Anledningen är att anläggningen blir sämre när man ligger ner. Ser jag pricken är det bara att dra förbi och skjuta. Ser jag ingen prick ligger vapnet fel mot axeln. Då gör vi en ny anläggning eller håller inne skottet.

I use a Beretta Urika 391 synthetic with a camoclad kit from Cabelas.

I'm not sure what BBB means, if you refer to me shooting two birds with one shot. That was unintentional. The ammo if that's what you mean, I use US 5. The helmet cam makes the birds look further away than they really are.

@mst37 The number of geese you may shoot in Sweden is limited by the number of shots you can carry in your backpack. This is of course not the case if you have access to an ammo supply car :-)
