http://www.erinhuggins.com pilates abs, and oblique workout for all levels. Pilates is such a great way to stay in shape and get fit! I love pilates! It's the only exercise that I stick with because it has such great results and isn't hard on the body. I have totally shifted my body, my shape, my mind and my attitude! You can lose weight doing pilates.... as long as you also incorporate some cardio and do pilates consistently you'll be fine.

  • Hi Erin, ive not long had a baby well 7months ago now, ive lost all my weight but my tummy seriously needs to go its out of proportion with my body even after loosing all my weight, will your excercises alone help me? Thanks

  • hi hon, they will help a lot. but you also need to make sure you are doing cardio!! good luck :) xo, erin

  • i had a very narrow waist before puttin on weight.a few months back..now i want it back . will these make waist narrower? btw i jus found ur channel ..u r amazing.. thanx a lot fer the help.. i cant tell how grateful i am..thanx girl..

  • i'm not sure how to answer, because if you've gained weight the key to a "narrow" waist is to lose the fat there. so, you have to do cardio and pilates or weight training. good luck!

  • @MissAnimalLover4ever yoga was started as a religious practice but is commonly done now for relaxation. and no, pilates is strictly exercise :)

  • Aww man I wanna try this now..but my parents have people over and I dont wanna freak 'em out.... Anyways I have a question if anybody knwo's the answer to this, is yoga a religion cuz I have been wanting to try it but I don't to do it as a religion...

  • I really want to do this well, but especially with the leg lifts, I'm a beginner and I'm already weak enough, but my hips are so boney they hurt to balance on, so I keep rolling onto my butt, and not doing it right. I'm already laying on a cushy blanket :P
