Hi Erin, ive not long had a baby well 7months ago now, ive lost all my weight but my tummy seriously needs to go its out of proportion with my body even after loosing all my weight, will your excercises alone help me? Thanks
i had a very narrow waist before puttin on weight.a few months back..now i want it back . will these make waist narrower? btw i jus found ur channel ..u r amazing.. thanx a lot fer the help.. i cant tell how grateful i am..thanx girl..
i'm not sure how to answer, because if you've gained weight the key to a "narrow" waist is to lose the fat there. so, you have to do cardio and pilates or weight training. good luck!
