  • How long should take this workout? And how often do you repeat it? Thank you for answer.

  • @Pikaciu89 the workout takes as long as it takes, really. Depends how much time you have on your hands. Flexibility is the most directly proportionate to time spent working on it when compared to other types of training. The more often you stretch, the more flexible you will get.

The best time to stretch is after your workouts.

  • seriously can we get the name of this song :)

  • @chrno9087 The song is "The Blood of Cuchulainn" by Mychael & Jeff Danna, from the Boondock Saints soundtrack.

  • best music for this routine!

  • thanks dude

  • i play basketball and i heard getting real flexible helps a lot with your vertical and helps your muscles recover quicker from soreness and helps prevent injury so this will really help, thanks

  • sweeet

  • How long should you spend on each stretch, if you plan on doing it once a day to improve flexibility?

  • @SymbioteDude123122 I never really did any exercise until around 2003 when I was 14, so I went from no flexibility to where I am (probably more flexible than I currently am) in about 3 years. I basically stretched whenever there was an opportunity, along with 3x/week martial arts training.
