I think.. too much emotion in her voice. It can actually hurt to have too much emotion in your singing. She should control and that will make this 100 times better.

@MusicHyde sounds to me like a fuzz pedal that creates that spluttery effect, fuzz faces n tone benders etc.

Her sound is awfull, it sounds like Guitar Rig or something like that... She needs real amps to have a real sound. She also needs to learn the meaning of the word dynamics...
