This is the original cut of "We are the Beginning" (originally titled "The Threat from Uptown". . . . After many communities are wrecked by Political greed in an attempt to change the face of the city, an alliance is born in the streets of New Orleans to rebel against this oppressive stronghold of City Council "Leaders".

All the while displaced citizens sit aside in fear watching their homes be destroyed, as a deadly crime rate grows higher, earning the city's title as the "Reigning Murder Capital". Many ask who will stop the violence? Or Will it ever end?
