06.10.09 - Car Fire, Autozone on MacArthur Rd. - Whitehall, PA

At 0700hrs. Lehigh County Fire Dispatcher John Freeman sent Whitehall's Engine 3 & 4 to MacArthur & Center on the Autozone parking lot for a car fire. Assistant Chief Bilder arrived reporting a fire under the hood. Shortly after, he signaled a working fire. Engine 4 arrived and stretched a handline. Engine 3 arrived moments later and assisted.

People on the road always slow down and block traffic. They need to learn yeah its not something you see every day but your going to cause accedents stopping on the road and also at times you make it harder for responders to get there to get it out.
