Frank N. Stein the pug gets excited when he finds out that mommy's coming home. Part 1.

The three clips in this series were shot on a Canon PowerShot S30, a digital still camera capable of taking 30 second short videos. After 30 seconds, the video buffer would be full and had to be written to flash memory, so there is some delay between the start of one video and the next in the series. All were shot as close together as was possible given this limitation.
This was just one of those videos that happened to have perfect luck. I was expecting Frank's mommy to come home any minute, but had no idea exactly when she would. As it turned out, I tipped off Frank just about two minutes before she came home. His reaction is completely unscripted, although I had known for some time that he would get excited whenever someone would mention "mommy" or "grandma" to him. He spins and barks at the end of the third video. This was his way of showing joy whenever one of us would come home after being out for a while.
