I thought this song was perfect for the women of the suffrage movement during the early twentieth century. It features the film Iron Jawed Angels which tells the story of Alice Paul, Lucy Burns, the NWP, President Woodrow Wilson, and World War I in the United States.

Women were not able to legally vote in the United States until 1920 through the 19th Amendment.

OMG, when I saw you had vidded this movie it seemed too good to be true! This is one of my favorite movies EVER! And I love your vids!! FABULOUS vid, as always! I am always awed and humbled by what the suffragettes had to go through, and how they never gave up until they got the vote.
