Fate? ♥ Ep. 1 [Your Brother Is So Hot.]

"Hey Mia!" My erratic sister turned around when I yelled her name before she ran off into the street. "Yeah?" She asked in that mocking tone of hers she always used when she was annoyed with either me or Adrian. "You're an idiot!" I laughed while she stuck her tongue out at me. Suddenly, "Love Is On Its Way" by the Jonas brothers blasted through my phone. "Ooh la la! Chris is calling!" Mia mocked when she saw a smile spread across my face at the name on the screen.

"Shut up!" I called back to her as I ran back into the house.

"Hey." I said into the reciever as my best friend picked up the phone. "Hi." She replied in her super-girlish tone. I laughed, like I always do at her little-girl voice. "Shut up!" She giggled when she realized what I was laughing about. "Sorry, sorry. It's just that you have such a small voice." I laughed a little again to get it out of my system. "Leave my voice alone!" She giggled again. "Okay, fine! Anyways, whatcha doing today?" I asked before she got sad like last time.

"Hmm," she thought, "I don't know. I think maybe go shopping with Mia, Valerie, and Ariana." I sighed. I still can't believe her and my bizarre sister are best friends. And the bad thing is, that the stuff that Bella tells Val, Val doesn't tell me. "Ugh!," I groaned, "Valerie? Can't she like find other friends other than MY best friend?!" She giggled. "Hey! Mia, Val, and Ari are my best friends too, mister!"

My phone beeped, which usually meant another call was coming in. I looked at the screen. Eva was calling. "Uh, Bella, I gotta go. Eva is calling." Before she could say bye, I switched the calls.

I hung up the phone and sulkily walked down the stairs and slumped onto the couch. "Aw. Little sis' what's wrong?" I grabbed one of the couch's throw pollows and put it over my face as I screamed my loudest possible scream into it.

"Whoa, little sister. What's up?" Adrian asked concern hinting in his voice. "Nothing, except the fact that the guy I love the most is breaking my heart every second." Adrian stood up and put his shoes on. "What?! Where is he? I'll kill him!" Great, just what I need. An over-protective brother he wants to kill the guy I love.

Just then Mia, Ariana, and Valerie came storming in through the front door with a tub of Ben and Jerry's. "I heard my fucking dick of a brother on the phone, I three-wayed and here we are!" Valerie exclaimed when she saw me slumped on the couch. I smiled at her oh-so graphic terms. I jumped to my feet and went to go hug my best friends.

Adrian shook his head, "Ohhh! When big brother Adrian tries to cheer you up, you stay a little depressed lump on the couch, but when they come, your happy-go-lucky! Gosh! Nice to know I'm loved around here." The four of us giggled, and I skipped to him and gave him a hug. "You always make me happy, big bro." I nudged him in the rib and started giggling.

He smiled, "Now that's what I like to hear. Well I'd love to stay girls, but I've got to go to work. Call me when Mom gets home okay Mia?" Mia nodded her head, and closed the door behind our brother.

"OhMyGod! Your brother is so hot!" Val exclaimed when he was out of hearing range. Mia and I exchanged disgusted looks, "Ew!" We yelled in unison to Val's horrid comment on our brother. I seriously detest her crush on my brother. But, hey, I think she feels the same about me and Chris.

"So," Ariana broke the silence, "What happened babe?" She led me back to the couch and put one arm around me as I told her the story. "Oh heck no! He did not hang up on you for that slut!" Mia hollered when I finished my story. Val was nodding her head in disapproval of her brother's actions, "I was just as shocked as you are." She said through a full mouth of ice cream.

I smiled, "Thank guys, I needed this." They all smiled, "No problem." Ariana said. "Group hug!" I giggled as we all huddled like penguins into a little circle. "Aw, I love you guys." Val smiled and sat back down on the floor. "Hm," Mia said while still thinking, "I say we have a movie night." She suggested bringing out a bag of popcorn. We all agreed and got our bags and headed to the BlockBuster.

As soon as I walked in the door, my mouth flew open. I ran out as fast as I could until I couldn't run any longer. I sat down on a bench, and silently cried.
