i believe it's available in a book of sheet music called "Jane Austen's World" it has all of the themes from Emma, S&S, Persuasion, etc.

Wow, that was so beautiful! Is there another version, where you play som sort of fast intro at the beginning? Can you play that? (just a question, I've heard it and can't find the song, maybe you know it) You rock!
