  • I think that was Russell T Davies' idea for DT not using his accent in Doc Who, I think he wanted David to use the same accent as he did in Casanova.

  • It's a disgrace they didn't let David use his

    natural accent - so much more authoratitve and charming than the 'cockney sparra' joker he was forced into playing.

  • David Tennant wanted to use his accent but they talked him out of it.
