On July 24th Affliction Entertainment ceased operations as a fight operation - returning as a clothing sponsor to the UFC.

@greken145 Arlovski also landed a wicked knee to Fedor's midsection just prior to Big John separating them. The best Fedor managed - before knocking the lights out of Andrei, of course - were some nice knees the Arlovski's legs when the clinched, and defending the outside trip. Andrei was more aggressive, and was getting the better of the striking. If he wasn't DOMINATING, he at least clearly had the first, and only round. But Fedor wasn't having any of that bullshit.

@greken145 Arlovski landed six low kicks: three to the inside of Fedor's left leg, one to the outside, and two to the body, including the push kick that got Fedor up against the ropes. He landed four strikes to the head: one in their first exchange, which came off his shoulder, and actually hit Fedor in the ear - which was the only reason he staggered for a second - one uppercut just prior to clinching with Fedor, and two after they were separated, the last one being right before he got KO'd.

Fedor fights 3 less then admiral fighters and takes a loss to one randomly (bound to happen eventually) he is going to get knocked be low other fighters and won't recover untill he beats a big name.

I hear alot about fedor and the ufc and how and why its not working... but where IS fedor going to go if indeed he isn't going to fight in the ufc.

I'm a fedor fan but i won't pay (nor will others hopefully) to watch him fight less the admirable competion.

1. cause it wont be interesting and

2. if he loses to some nobody (always possible) he is going to rapped on the p4p boards , after which dana (possible with justification) is going to say F-F-Fukkkke you fedor and never sign him.
