Southend Shakedown 2009

Now in its 13th year, the annual Southend Shakedown Run from Ace Cafe London is their first of the season and the biggest free motorcycling event in Essex.

This years ride-out on Easter Bank Holiday Monday 13th April, departed at 10.30am.

I met up with another group at the Moby Dick, Eastern Avenue .... then headed on towards Southend On Sea where there was literally thousands of bikes!

All for the NSPCC Charity!

nice i went down today on the back of me dads bike . first time at the shakedown and what a day the bikes were amazing weather wernt too bad definately next year

Nice piece of footage. You did not have to say anything, it just showed it how it was. Shame the camera sound quality was bad with wind noise. Amazing turnout......great event. Can you do it again, with a better camera ?
